A blend of public accounting and manufacturing background is a plus. The Controller will report directly to the CEO and will have overall accounting responsibilities for a team of four. The Controller must be willing to roll up their sleeves and be involved in the detail to ensure a strong accounting and info systems foundation is in place or implemented, as necessary. The Controller will be responsible for monthly financial statements, standard costing, operational reporting, budgeting and analyzing results. The Controller also must be able to logically and confidently present info to managementleadership team regarding direction, results, projections, etc.Strong Microsoft excel skills are required.
